GDADS Wins 2014 Prize in Public Interest Communication Research

The Digital Activism Research Project has been awarded a prize for its work in public interest communications.  Awarded by the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and Communications, the prize is given to research projects that both advance scholarly understanding of social phenomena and tackle issues of interest to the public.  Team member Frank Edwards will attend the annual conference in Florida to accept the prize in March 2014.
